I respect your privacy. When you place an order, I collect only what’s needed to process and ship it — things like your name, address, and email.  I don’t sell or share your information with anyone.

Payments are handled securely by our payment processor; we never see your full card details.

Cookies are used so the cart and checkout work right. You can clear them anytime in your browser.

Terms of Service

When you shop at BoneDry Wood and Leather, you agree to be fair and honest — and we promise to do the same.  I do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Since our goods are handcrafted, small variations are normal and part of their character.  By placing an order, you agree to pay for it and provide correct shipping info. As you can understand, once shipped, I cannot be responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, but I’ll always help if there’s an issue.

Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact me at BDBob@bonedryorders.com within 14 days of delivery.  If the item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — through a replacement, acceptable repair, or refund. Because my products are hand-crafted, normal variations in color or stitching aren’t considered defects.  To start a return or ask a question, please email me. I’ll respond quickly and fairly.
