1. SPONSOR

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by BONEDRY Wood and Leather (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 15, 2026 at 6:28 PM (America/New_York) and ends on April 30, 2026 at 6:16 PM (America/New_York) (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, entrants must submit their email address using the official entry form located at: https://bonedryorders.com/giveaway-entry

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified. Use of any automated system, bot, or similar method to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS & PROMOTIONAL OFFER

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from BONEDRY Wood and Leather, including product announcements, offers, and brand updates. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email.

As a thank-you for entering, participants will receive a one-time 10% discount code delivered via email after successful entry submission. The discount code has no cash value and may be subject to additional terms provided at time of issuance.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive: One Bluffstone custom-sized belt stitched with winner’s choice of available stitching color, and one matching Emerson wallet. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $280 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about twenty-four (24) hours after the Giveaway Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Failure to respond within 10 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Once eligibility is confirmed, the winner may be announced on BONEDRY social media channels and/or the Sponsor’s website.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law.
